Bulk schedule Pinterest pins from images or a CSV

Pinterest's own scheduler schedules one pin at a time. GoPinKaro's bulk scheduler lets you add up to 200 pins in one go, from image uploads or a CSV file, review them all on one screen, and schedule the entire batch with a single spacing rule.

Two ways to bulk add pins

Upload images

Select up to 200 image files (JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF, each up to 20 MB). Each image becomes a draft pin with a title taken from the file name that you can rewrite. Images are uploaded to your own folder in GoPinKaro storage and served from a public link, because Pinterest has to be able to fetch each image.

Import a CSV

If your images are already online, import a CSV with these columns. Image links must start with https.

ColumnRequiredWhat it is
image_urlYesA public https link to the image
titleNoThe pin title, up to 100 characters
descriptionNoThe pin description, up to 800 characters
linkNoThe destination URL the pin points to

A template file is available on the Bulk schedule page.

Batch size

On the Free plan you can add up to 10 pins per request. Paid plans can schedule up to 200 pins at a time.

Review before you commit

Every pin shows its image, title, description and link in an editable row. Remove a pin, fix a title, or paste in a destination URL. The page shows when the last pin in the batch will go out, so you know how many days of content you are scheduling.

A bulk workflow, start to finish

  1. Design or collect your images and name them clearly.
  2. Drop them into Bulk schedule, or import a CSV with titles, descriptions and links.
  3. Fix titles in the editor and remove any pin you are not happy with.
  4. Choose a board and a pace, check the date of the last pin, and schedule.
  5. Watch the Pins page and calendar as pins publish.

Example: 60 pins over a month

Sixty pins at two a day with best-time slots take about thirty days. Starting from the next free slot after your last scheduled pin, GoPinKaro places them in the afternoon and evening in your timezone. If you choose a fixed interval of twelve hours instead, the same sixty pins also take thirty days.

A paid plan is needed to schedule more than 10 pins at a time, and your monthly pin limit applies either way.

Frequently asked questions

How many pins can I bulk schedule at once?

Up to 200 pins per batch on paid plans, and up to 10 per request on the Free plan. Your monthly pin limit also applies.

Can I bulk schedule from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Export a CSV with the columns image_url, title, description and link and import it on the Bulk schedule page.

Does Pinterest allow bulk scheduling?

Pinterest's built-in scheduler works one pin at a time. Third-party schedulers that use the official Pinterest API can queue many pins, which is what GoPinKaro does.

Can I put every pin on a different board?

In the bulk editor you choose one board for the batch. You can change the board of individual pins afterwards from your Pins list, or ask the assistant to move several pins to another board.

What image formats can I upload?

JPG, PNG, WEBP and GIF, up to 20 MB each. Vertical images with a 2:3 ratio, such as 1000 by 1500 pixels, are recommended.
